The Casa di Zì Teresa apartment is located in the historic centre of the port, a few steps from C.so Pisacane. Typical Ponza house, structured on two floors with a splendid independent equipped terrace with a wonderful sea view over the entire bay of the port. The bus stop is just below the house, and there are nearby shops, various rentals, boarding for the beach of Frontone, restaurants, post offices, banks etc.

PROPERTY STRUCTURE:

• Entrance with iron gate in the large terrace overlooking the sea, independent, equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and drying rack;
• The terrace leads to a large, very bright living room which enjoys a wonderful view of the harbor, where there is a queen size sofa bed and, if necessary, a folding bed;
• The entrance leads to a small kitchen with a low roof where there is a 4-burner stove, an oven, refrigerator, two-bowl sink, utensils and various crockery;
• First bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and shower;
• Upstairs there is a double bedroom with double bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe;
• Second service bathroom with toilet and sink.

The house is equipped with a washing machine.
