The apartment MELISSA is situated in the center of the port, 100 meters from the disembarking ships,

The entrance is about 15 steps from the main street, a value for ponzesi houses, being an island entirely composed of climbs and descents. Nearby there are different shops, a Pharmacy, bars, restaurants, pizzeria,  and a bus stop. Next to the apartment is the boarding for Frontone beach.

The apartment is very comfortable and simply furnished , recommended to all.

Apartment structure:

• Is a studio flat with a kitchen with a 4 bourner hob, a small fridge, an electric oven, cupboards and crockerys, a table and chairs
• A double and a single bed, a wardrobe, TV, is possible to add an extra single if requested.
• Bathroom with WC, a bidet, a sink and a shower;
• Small private terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella.

The apartment is equipped with TV.

In case of late check in, after 8pm, it must be communicated and has an extra cost of €30.

Linen is not included in the price. You can rent or take it by yourself.

All apartments are equipped with pots and kitchen utensils, blankets, pillows.

Includes double bed linens, 2 bath towels, two face towels, and two bidet towels. PRICE € 20.00

SINGLE BED KIT:

Includes single bed linens, 1 bath towels, 1 face towel, and 1 bidet towel. PRICE € 10.00
