 The CASA GELSO studio apartment is located in the beautiful seaside village of Santa Maria, about 1 km from the port. It is walking distance to the small beach of Santa Maria, from where taxi boats leave for the nearby beach of Frontone. The house can be reached by climbing a few steps from the main road and is surrounded by a beautiful equipped terrace where is possible to have lunches and dinners outdoors.

Apartment structure:

• Terrace equipped with table and chairs.
• Entrance in the single room with a double bed, a bedside table, a table with chairs and a wardrobe are positioned.
• Kitchen with 4-burner hob, refrigerator, sink, TV, cupboards and various crockery.
• Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. Suction fan.

The house is equipped with air conditioning on request, paying a small sum to be agreed with the owner. A few meters from the house there are numerous services such as bars, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, boat rentals. The house is located a few meters from the bus stop. There is only one route with half an hour frequency.

The historic centre of Santa Maria in which the agency is located can be reached either with own vehicle or on foot along the only road, always straight, about 1 kilometre from the point of disembarkation; or with the bus service - S. Maria stop, Dieci Maggio Restaurant.
