Sul mare Two-room

The apartment Sul Mare is situated at the port area, right on Santa Maria bay, by the sea. That is why its name which denotes the strategic and unique location. It is just 10 minutes’ walk from the port with nearby restaurants, pizzerias, bars, food shops and bakeries.

From the beach in front of the apartment, there are taxi boats to Frontone beach, one of the island attractions, a beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and dining options.

A Santa Maria bay it is also possible to rent boats and book excursions and tours by the island. Rental boat mooring is also available.

The apartment is really luminous due to the large window and the terraces that surround it which allows also to enjoy the beautiful view over the whole bay of S.Maria.

Apartment’s structure:

• Large living room-kitchen with a double bed sofa and TV.
• Kitchen equipped with refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, electric oven, dishwasher, pots, pans and cutlery.
• Double bedroom with two bedside tables, a double bed and a wardrobe. It has a window and window door overlooking a small terrace.
• Bathroom with cabin shower, bidet, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Check-in at the agency Ponzaimmobiliare, situated in Via Loggia, Santa Maria.

The agency can be reached by foot, car or public transports along the only road.  It is about 1 km from the port.
