The Coccinella 2 two-room apartment is located near Cala dell'Acqua, near the access to the sea. Furnished in a simple and functional way. Very comfortable and the entrance is with no steps.Nearby there are ATMs, food and fruit shops, post office, butcher, bar, pizzeria. Square of Le Forna is 10 minutes’ walk, where you can walk between paths and steps, several rocky coves (Piscine Naturali, Baia della Caletta and the small La Marina beach), various shops, pharmacy and scooter and car rentals.

Possibility to park the car outside the house along the road, or in a free unpaved square about 100 meters away. The area is quiet and panoramic.

There is a bus stop outside the house.

Apartment structure:

• Entrance into a large room where there is a double bed, table with chairs, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a first service bathroom (toilet, sink, bidet, shower). From this room you enter a space where there is a small kitchenette;
• Kitchenette (4 burner stove, 1 sink, small fridge, cupboards and dishes). From here you enter a covered courtyard closed by a gate where you can comfortably dine;
• From the kitchenette, there is also access to the second double bedroom with bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). The room is furnished with a double bed, 1 bedside table, wardrobe;
• Outside the house there is a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea equipped with wooden roof, barbecue, chairs and table.
