Eco del mare three/four-room

The Eco del Mare three-room apartment is located in the harbor area of S. Maria, a seaside village located about 10 minutes by walk from the landing point. It can be reached along the entire promenade and a tunnel with a pedestrian path and traffic lights. It has no terrace, but from its balcony, typically island, you can enjoy a spectacular view over the entire bay in front and you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the beach… that’s why we chose this name for the house. The apartment is very comfortable; nearby there are bar, restaurants, pizzeria, bakery, grocery, boats rental. From the beach of S. Maria tours of the island are organized and you can use the famous taxi boats to the beach of Frontone, an equipped but free beach, one of the most famous on the island.  

It is positioned on the second floor of a building, about 25 steps. Entrance to the house is in the corridor, which separates the access to the two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with table, chairs, 4-burner stove, fridge with freezer, electric oven, two-bowl sink, TV, crockery and various wall units, a large window overlooking the sea.

Next to the kitchen there is the first bedroom composed of a double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe, balcony with sea view. Bathroom is composed of shower, bidet, WC, washbasin and sink. The second bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and two bedside tables.

The bus stop is just a few meters from the house: You can find one every half hour for all the day.

Linen are not included in the price. You can rent  or take it by yourself.

€ 20 for double linen, € 10 for single linen; for each solution are included the towels.

Check-in at the agency Ponzaimmobiliare, situated in Via Loggia, Santa Maria.

The agency can be reached by foot, car or pubblic transports along the only road.  It is about 1 km from the port.
